I need a little feedback from you on the possibility of offering a cutting horse clinic/vacation for my members and customers.
Here's what it's about.
A horse trainer friend of mine, Keli Hendricks, operates the Rocking H Ranch in Petaluma, California. She asked me if I'd be willing to join her in putting on
an "everything supplied" cutting horse clinic at her ranch. In a nut shell, the clinic would be for 3 days. We would supply you with everything you need to participate in the clinic... including a trained cutting horse, a cutting saddle, a herd of cattle as well
as a mechanical cow.
It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an advanced rider. You'll be given a horse and instruction that fits your skill level. (I'd suggest that
you ride well enough to be able to lope a horse without any fear of falling off). Of course, if you prefer to bring your own horse, you are welcome to do so.
Also, you may want to bring your spouse and make this a kind of "vacation". San Francisco is only an hour and a half drive from the ranch and the famous
California Wine Country tour is only 45 minutes away. There is plenty of fun, interesting stuff to do and see.
